NEWS

We had a very successful season in 2025 across all areas of the game. Gilt Edge members were successful at county level and we had players at the National Finals at Leamington Spa in the  County 2 wood singles with K Weaver the winner. We had runners up in Over 55 Mens Fours and County fours.  But in the  Mens Senior Fours Phil Sturman, D Wilde, Neil Clarke and Mark Sandoz won the Nationals and now go on to represent England at Ayr next June. 

The Club won 26 of their Friendly matches and lost 7.  

We were contacted by Worcestershire County Council Public Health team and were awarded a Grant from the County which was used to  purchase steps for getting on the green, score cards, fence panels and bowls gatherers.   All this enabled us to improve the green not only for members but social bowlers as well.  A County Video can be viewed using the following link:
